- Set the direction for technology used across the organisation
- Manage and provide the group roadmap for custom application development
- Ensure technology and applications are used consistently across all customer projects
- Combine technologies into a coherent, effective and efficient infrastructure
- Manage and oversee project-related work
- Manage and oversee solution enhancement, configuration and customisation
- Manage and oversee solution support and maintenance
- Manage and oversee issue resolution, problem resolution, incident management and bug fixing
- Build capability for project and support work within IT
- Establish a Center of Expertise within the industry
คุณสมบัติ
- Proven experience in IT consulting, technology consulting, system integration or enterprise-wide change management
- Strong experience defining technology direction, application strategy and development roadmaps
- Extensive experience managing large-scale custom application development, implementation, enhancement and support
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications, system integration, technology architecture and modern application platforms
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary technology teams, vendors and complex programmes
- Strong stakeholder management, consulting, communication and business-oriented decision-making skills
- Experience building technical capability, standards, frameworks or a Center of Excellence
