Act as direct supervisor of practical trainers, providing leadership, coaching and performance oversight

- Act as direct supervisor of practical trainers, providing leadership, coaching and performance oversight
- Plan, coordinate and supervise technical training for new hires, recurrent and special training programmes
- Ensure training is delivered according to approved plans and schedules
- Monitor training effectiveness, trainee readiness and consistency of delivery
- Address gaps in trainer capability and standardise training methodology
- Develop, review, control and update Training Programme Manuals, work instructions and training materials
- Update programmes when regulations, customer requirements or internal procedures change
- Suggest improvements to working procedures and technical knowledge
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality and Production to validate technical accuracy
- Identify, collect and package key technical information and best practice
- Work with technical experts to identify knowledge gaps and improvement opportunities
- Capture and validate technical knowledge from interviews, lessons learned and operational experience
- Record and store information in structured digital formats
- Ensure content reflects actual shop-floor practice and regulatory expectations
- Identify training-related risks and improvement opportunities using quality data and feedback
- Develop reports and presentations to support operational decisions and management reviews
- Monitor the effectiveness of training solutions and support corrective or preventive action
- Run meetings with Production, Engineering, Quality and other departments to evaluate training effectiveness
- Align training priorities with operational and quality direction
- Provide training records, documentation and explanations during internal and external audits
- Ensure training systems comply with aviation authority regulations, customer requirements and quality standards
- Serve as trainer for assigned technical courses as required
- Support qualification, certification and competency assessment for technical processes
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Education, Mechanical, Aerospace or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical operations, repair, manufacturing or an aviation-related environment
- Training, coaching or technical leadership experience preferred
- Good command of English (speaking, reading and writing)
- Computer literate: documentation, presentations and reporting tools
- Strong collaboration, communication and organisational skills
- Detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of regulated and audit-driven environments
