Manage and implement multiple projects (small to large) simultaneously. Ensure projects meet or exceed expectations by guiding all project activities: scheduling, scoping, configuring, testing, training, user acceptance testing and quality control

- Manage and implement multiple projects (small to large) simultaneously
- Ensure projects meet or exceed expectations by guiding all project activities: scheduling, scoping, configuring, testing, training, user acceptance testing and quality control
- Analyse customer requirements, propose system design, and prepare the demonstration environment and configuration
- Partner with the R&D team internally and with customers externally to design, test and maintain integrations, and keep existing interfaces running accurately
- Provide proactive, strategic system consulting covering HR-owned data
- Share knowledge and best practice on system functionality
- Guide payroll team members on project lifecycle, operating procedures and practices
- Engage in presales consulting, including design proposals and system demonstrations
- Seek opportunities to raise customer satisfaction, deepen client relationships, and mentor junior consultants
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent
- Experience implementing or managing projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, solution-focused mindset, eagerness to learn
- Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL
- Experience implementing HRMS products; experience in an HRIS role, other HR solutions, or an understanding of HR business processes will also be considered
- Customer-centric, curious and energetic, able to drive successful delivery
- Good time management and prioritisation skills
- Good command of English
