- Own and deliver the product revenue target (key KPI)
- Manage and drive the principal/vendor relationship (key KPI)
- Recruit and develop new partners (key KPI)
- Support quotations, costing and product proposals (key KPI)
- Build and drive a qualified pipeline
- Handle deal registration and discount submissions
- Work closely with sales to drive and close opportunities
- Maintain pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy
- Coordinate marketing activities and demand generation
- Track shipment and lead times
- Run a weekly cadence with internal and external stakeholders
คุณสมบัติ
- 5–10 years in IT distribution, vendor or channel business
- Strong experience in wired and wireless networking
- Proven track record owning revenue and pipeline growth
- Experience managing principal/vendor relationships
- Strong understanding of the Thailand partner ecosystem
- Able to drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Pre-sales and Marketing
