Take responsibility for infrastructure maintenance across HVAC (industrial air conditioning), dust collection, wet scrubber, wastewater treatment, boiler, gas system, power system and cooling tower
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Take responsibility for infrastructure maintenance across HVAC (industrial air conditioning), dust collection, wet scrubber, wastewater treatment, boiler, gas system, power system and cooling tower
- Oversee facility issues and follow up on corrective action and improvement
- Analyse and resolve issues, drive corrective and preventive action, and share lessons learned
- Develop infrastructure troubleshooting methods and train technicians
- Summarise the monthly maintenance breakdown report, analyse it and propose improvements
- Coordinate with external vendors for technical advice and emergency breakdown maintenance
- Create, track and control machine KPIs
- Manage spare parts, and analyse and control cost in line with maintenance KPIs
- Follow company procedures and regulations to comply with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) standards
คุณสมบัติ
- Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in industrial facilities maintenance and preventive maintenance
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Good command of English
- Good understanding of budgeting and performance management
- Good analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
