Enable channel partners to deliver the value of the company's HRMS platform to their enterprise customers

- Enable channel partners to deliver the value of the company's HRMS platform to their enterprise customers
- Use in-depth product and industry knowledge to support solutioning for channel partners
- Handle escalations between Support and other internal groups
- Support channel partners toward immediate success by facilitating smooth resolution
- Develop solution designs drawing on broad knowledge of the HRMS platform
- Build strong relationships with systems integrators to create integrated solutions in joint sales opportunities
- Give the Implementation team context on customer scope, expectations and value drivers
- Stay current on the latest functionality and configuration practice
- Confirm and gather requirements, identify data and configuration issues, and architect solutions that scale and hold up in production
- Act as subject matter expert across HRMS modules
- Collaborate with Product and Technical teams to craft solutions that meet client business needs
- Take part in technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with Account Managers on discovery of the customer's current environment, and deliver presentations and product demonstrations that show how the platform addresses their requirements
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT or equivalent, with 3–5 years of practical experience
- Experience looking after SaaS customers on an HR software product (HR software/SaaS experience, rather than HR outsourcing services)
- Fluent English
- A mediator with strong communication skills
- Self-motivated, consults clients well
- Solid project management experience and comfort dealing with senior stakeholders (business leaders, CHROs, C-suite) across markets and regions
- Experience with prospects through the sales cycle: presentations, solution design and similar
- Experience in HRIS or related HR systems is a plus; strong technical understanding of HRMS modules, feature functionality and implementation best practice
