- Process order input into the system
- Monitor on-time delivery and report order balance to the customer
- Expedite and negotiate with the factory to improve delivery
- Contact suppliers, forwarders and brokers to arrange shipment
- Adjust or cancel delivery requests to match customer requirements
- Analyse current delivery supply to the customer
- Manage service performance and report monthly KPI results to the team leader
- Upload forecasts and monitor the forecast delivery situation
- Analyse forecasts and customer demand trends
- Take advance action on stock adjustment based on current demand
- Analyse the cause of slow-moving stock and manage slow-moving cargo
- Manage stock and report the situation monthly to the team leader
- Return or transfer cargo to clear dead stock, and issue scrap proposal forms
- Check physical inventory at the warehouse
- Understand customer requirements and offer better choices or services
- Negotiate with customers for win-win solutions
- Visit customers to negotiate or resolve operational issues
คุณสมบัติ
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in a related field (experience in the electronics parts industry strongly preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Good command of English with a TOEIC score of 600 or higher (certificate appreciated)
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to lead and manage a team
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, IF and Pivot Tables (preferred)
- Detail-oriented and enjoys working with systems
- Passion and ownership for an internal supporting role
- Able to work under pressure with patience
- Service mindset with an understanding of customer behaviour
- Strong teamwork orientation
