หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Define and drive an automation strategy aligned with business goals, KPIs and the long-term roadmap
- Lead complex, high-impact automation projects from concept to full deployment
- Evaluate and implement advanced technologies: robotics, vision systems, AI and smart factory solutions
- Standardise automation systems, processes and engineering practice across operations
- Provide technical leadership on system architecture, integration and design decisions
- Mentor, coach and develop junior engineers and team members
- Lead cross-functional alignment with leadership and key stakeholders
- Optimise system performance, reliability, safety and cost efficiency
- Manage vendor selection, technical specifications and external partnerships
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and engineering standards
- Drive continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing and innovation initiatives
- Conduct ROI analysis and justification for automation investment
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation or a related field)
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in automation engineering
- Proven track record delivering high-impact automation projects
- Deep expertise in advanced robotics and system integration, PLC architecture and industrial networks, and smart factory / Industry 4.0 technologies
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent English communication (TOEIC 800+)
