Senior Video Content – Creative Content (Beauty & Skincare Industry)

Elephant Building (Building B), Phahon Yothin Road, Chatuchak, Bangkok (Direct access from BTS Phahon Yothin 24 – Exit 4, office-based role) This role is responsible for developing and directing creative video content across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on performance-driven storytelling. You will lead video ideation and execution from concept to delivery, working closely with Creative teams, KOLs, and production partners to produce high-quality content that drives both engagement and sales.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop creative concepts and direct all types of video productions, including Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and Live cuts
• Create scripts, storyboards, and visual directions aligned with the brand voice and campaign objectives
• Collaborate closely with the Creative team, KOLs, and Production Houses to ensure seamless execution
• Analyze content performance metrics to refine creative concepts and strategic approaches
• Oversee production timelines and ensure all outputs meet brand quality standards

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Video Production or Creative Content creation
• Strong understanding of social media trends, especially TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Possess a strong portfolio demonstrating creative ideas and storytelling perspectives
• Confident and camera-friendly — comfortable appearing on camera and wearing makeup for video shoots
• Skilled in video editing and voice-over, with engaging delivery
• Highly creative with a strong commercial mindset, capable of producing videos that drive both engagement and sales
• Results-driven, able to plan and execute work effectively to achieve clear KPI targets
• Portfolio Requirement
• A portfolio of previous video content work is required for consideration
