Senior SAP HCM Consultant [ Human Capital Management ] Industry: Digital Transformation / Enterprise IT Solutions / SAP Consulting We are currently seeking a Senior SAP Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM modules including OM, PA, TM, PY, and BN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the full lifecycle of SAP HCM projects – from requirement gathering to post-implementation support. This role also involves collaboration with internal SAP team members and external resources/vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (GPA requirements: min. 2.75 for IT fields, 2.5 for Engineering, or 3.0 for others). A master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM (OM, PA, TM, PY, BN) including integration/interface with SuccessFactors (e.g. PY).
• At least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations as a Functional Lead or Technical Lead.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM system design, configuration, and client-facing roles (e.g., workshops, training, process analysis).
• Solid experience in providing support, troubleshooting, and enhancement planning for SAP HCM systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in English (TOEIC score of 600+ is required).
