Gather, analyze, and translate business and user requirements into functional specifications and system design for SAP GRC development and enhancements. Design and implement control frameworks that align with key business processes such as P2P (Procure-to-Pay), O2C (Order-to-Cash), H2R (Hire-to-Retire), and IT processes. Troubleshoot SAP GRC modules (Access Control, Process Control) and related systems; conduct root cause analysis and recommend effective solutions.

- Gather, analyze, and translate business and user requirements into functional specifications and system design for SAP GRC development and enhancements.
- Design and implement control frameworks that align with key business processes such as P2P (Procure-to-Pay), O2C (Order-to-Cash), H2R (Hire-to-Retire), and IT processes.
- Troubleshoot SAP GRC modules (Access Control, Process Control) and related systems; conduct root cause analysis and recommend effective solutions.
- Manage and oversee team activities, ensuring efficient resource utilization and on-time delivery of project tasks with high quality.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants by improving their functional expertise and sharing SAP GRC best practices.
- Provide consulting and advisory support on system design, governance, risk management, and compliance to business users and management teams.
- Participate in implementation and enhancement projects; coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure effective project execution.
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting Information Systems, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP GRC (Access Control / Process Control) or relevant SAP functional modules.
- Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk Management, Internal Controls, and Compliance frameworks.
- Experience designing and implementing control frameworks across major business processes (P2P, O2C, H2R, IT, etc.).
- Proven ability to gather requirements and convert them into functional and technical design specifications.
- Solid experience in issue investigation, root cause analysis, and process improvement within SAP environments.
- Experience leading teams or supervising junior consultants is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight timelines.
- Certifications such as SAP GRC, CISA, CIA, CRISC, or SAP Application Associate are an advantage.
