Elephant Building (Building B), Phahon Yothin Road, Chatuchak, Bangkok (Direct access from BTS Phahon Yothin 24 – Exit 4, office-based role) This role is responsible for managing and optimizing online advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms with a strong focus on performance, efficiency, and ROI. You will work closely with creative and content teams to drive conversions, sales growth, and measurable business outcomes through data-driven advertising strategies.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage and continuously optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, Twitter/X, and other relevant channels
• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to increase conversions, boost sales, and reach targeted audiences using up-to-date tools and techniques
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, focusing on KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates, to identify optimization opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with content creators, designers, and video editors to develop engaging and brand-consistent ad creatives
• Conduct A/B testing and performance experiments to identify optimal campaign structures, creatives, and targeting approaches
• Stay updated on the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and minimize unnecessary spend

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, or a related role
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts, especially Ads Optimization and performance marketing
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• A portfolio of past campaigns or case studies is a strong advantage and will be given special consideration
