We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Manager to lead mission-critical SAP projects across procurement, material planning, inventory, and enterprise supply operations. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end MM solution delivery, provide strategic leadership, manage vendors, and work closely with senior stakeholders to elevate process efficiency and system performance across multiple business entities. You will also shape team capability, coach consultants, and influence technology direction in a highly complex enterprise ecosystem.

• SAP MM Leadership & Strategy
• Lead SAP MM solution design, integration, and delivery across enterprise-level projects.
• Define priorities, roadmap, and development direction for MM and related systems.
• Analyze gaps, provide guidance, and coach team members to strengthen functional expertise.
• Project & Vendor Management
• Oversee end-to-end SAP MM implementations across SAP & non-SAP platforms.
• Manage internal resources and coordinate with external vendors to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Ensure project outcomes meet the standards and expectations of enterprise stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work with business units, IT teams, and external customers to ensure solution alignment.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• GPA Requirements:
• IT/CS/Engineering: ≥ 2.50–2.75
• Other majors: ≥ 3.00
• 10+ years of experience in SAP MM or related modules.
• Minimum 4 full-cycle SAP implementations as Functional Lead / Project Lead.
• Strong experience in design workshops, business process analysis, system configuration governance, and cross-system integration.
• Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale SAP & non-SAP implementations.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills; able to influence and manage expectations professionally.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
