The Sales & Marketing Manager will act as the commercial owner, responsible for sales strategy execution, key account growth, sales team leadership, and market performance. While Marketing supports brand communication and promotional initiatives, Sales is the frontline driver converting demand into tangible business results. This position is ideal for a hands-on, factory-comfortable Sales Leader with strong FMCG food exposure, who understands market execution, customer dynamics, and people leadership.

• Sales Strategy & Revenue Ownership
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales and profit targets
• Drive revenue growth with disciplined execution and KPI ownership
• Ensure compliance with company pricing structures and sales policies
• Key Account & Business Development Leadership
• Manage and grow key accounts across Wet Market and Food Service channels
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Expand market coverage and strengthen customer penetration
• Sales Team Leadership & Performance Management
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
• 5–7+ years of sales experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or related industries
• Proven track record of sales target achievement and key account management
• Core Competencies
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Effective sales leadership and team management capability
• Analytical, data-driven decision-making approach
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Languages & Mobility
• English: Good working proficiency (spoken, reading, writing)
