- Client & Job Understanding
- Learn to understand client business needs, job
คุณสมบัติ
- Support senior consultants in managing job assignments and client communication
- Gradually develop consulting skills to become a trusted recruitment partner
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews with guidance from senior team members
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Recruitment Process Support
- Prepare candidate profiles and assist in presenting them to clients
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups with candidates and clients
- Support offer process and onboarding activities
