Project Consultant (HRMS & Payroll SaaS Solutions – Thailand) Support and deliver end-to-end HRMS and Payroll system implementation projects for enterprise and fast-growing clients in Thailand. This role focuses on hands-on system consulting and project delivery, working closely with clients, internal product teams, R&D, and payroll specialists to ensure successful implementation outcomes. หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Key Responsibilities
• Manage and implement multiple HRMS / Payroll projects (small, medium, and large scale) simultaneously
• Lead full project lifecycle activities including project scoping, system configuration, testing, UAT, training, Go-Live, and quality control
• Analyze client business requirements and translate them into system design, configuration, and demonstration environments
• Partner with internal R&D teams and client stakeholders to design, test, and maintain system integrations and interfaces
• Ensure existing system interfaces operate smoothly and deliver accurate results
• Provide proactive system consulting and best-practice guidance related to HR-owned data and system functionality
• Support and guide payroll team members on project lifecycle, operating procedures, and implementation best practices
• Participate in pre-sales consulting activities, including solution design proposals and system demonstrations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term engagement

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in HRMS / HRIS / Payroll system implementation or project management
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
• Solid understanding of HR business processes; payroll knowledge is a strong advantage
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
