MC Live –Live Commerce Operations (Social Commerce | Beauty & Skincare Industry)

Elephant Building (Building B), Phahon Yothin Road, Chatuchak, Bangkok (Direct access from BTS Phahon Yothin 24 – Exit 4, office-based role) This role supports live commerce operations by monitoring live streams, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution across platforms. You will track live performance, resolve issues in real time, and prepare reports to support continuous improvement of live selling activities.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Monitor and follow up on live streams across platforms such as Shopee Live, TikTok Live, and Facebook Live to ensure smooth execution.
• Report issues during live sessions (e.g., audio/video problems, slow customer response) and promptly coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Record live stream data, including start/end times, number of viewers, and preliminary sales figures.
• Coordinate with sales and live teams to ensure readiness before going live and to resolve immediate issues.
• Review live content to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and submit daily / weekly live performance reports to the supervisor.

คุณสมบัติ

• Experienced or New Graduates are welcome.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Passionate about live streaming and online sales, with good communication skills, confidence, and camera friendliness.
• Basic understanding of Social Commerce platforms.
• Proficient in basic computer programs, especially Excel or Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, quick problem solver, and able to work well in a team environment.
• Previous experience in live monitoring or live streaming is an advantage.
• Immediate availability to start work is a plus.
