• Operations Leadership – Oversee comprehensive operations in Thailand, managing multi-functional teams (BD, Course Consulting, Learning Advising).
• Sales Strategy & Growth – Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
• Market Expansion – Identify new business opportunities, leveraging data and market insights to secure sustainable growth.
• Cross-functional Collaboration – Work with internal and regional teams to ensure efficiency, alignment, and smooth workflow.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with partners, clients, and key market players to enhance business standing.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, or related fields.
• 5+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or commercial leadership.
• Strong leadership capability, with experience managing diverse and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent command of Thai and English (Chinese is a plus).
• Skilled in project management with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• In-depth knowledge of the Thai market with passion for building growth strategies.
