• Governance & Internal Audit Coordination
• Coordinate with internal audit (IA) and external auditing teams.
• Prepare supporting documents and reports for audit assessments.
• Collaborate across departments to revise policies and procedures in alignment with governance standards.
• Follow up on audit findings and improvement plans.
• Company Secretary Support
• Assist the Company Secretary in Board Meeting coordination, including agendas, minutes, and documentation.
• Track Board resolutions and ensure timely implementation.
• Liaise with Directors and governance stakeholders.
