We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Manager to lead and strengthen the financial and accounting operations. This role will oversee AP, AR, GL, budgeting, taxation, and cash flow, ensuring transparency, compliance with Thai and international accounting standards, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a finance team and contribute to the growth of a FMCG brand with strong market presence.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead the Finance & Accounting team (AP, AR, GL) ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Prepare financial statements, cash flow reports, P&L statements, and manage month-end/quarter-end/year-end closing.
• Plan and control budgets, analyze variances, and monitor cost management.
• Manage cash flow and forecasts to ensure financial liquidity.
• Oversee taxation matters (VAT, WHT, CIT), liaising with tax advisors and authorities.
• Supervise AR/PO/EDI systems and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Prepare financial reports to support FP&A, management, and banking

• Support internal and external audits, strengthen internal controls, and enhance compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide financial data for business decision-making.
• Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• 5–7 years of experience in Finance & Accounting Manager roles, preferably in FMCG or Retail.
• Strong knowledge of Thai Accounting Standards, IFRS, and ERP systems (e.g., TRCLOUD, SAP, Oracle).
• Proficient in financial analysis, Excel, and BI Tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and development.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to continuous process improvement.
• Ability to communicate in English for documents and coordination.
