Customer Service Officer (Insurance / International Clients - Fluent English Speaker)

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers who have purchased life insurance products (ฺB2B and B2C).
• Manage and maintain client profiles, insurance policies, and benefit details.
• Provide consultation and guidance on insurance coverage, benefits, and wellness packages suitable for each client.
• Support customers throughout the service journey to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and service-related issues professionally and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Collaborate closely with both Thai and international teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Continuously enhance client experience by understanding customer needs and adapting services accordingly.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; no direct insurance experience is required.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written) is mandatory due to international clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse customers.
• Adaptable, service-minded, and able to handle different situations with professionalism.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international team environment.
• Interest in insurance, customer service, and relationship management.
