Customer Service Executive (EdTech / Online Language Education) A fast-growing global EdTech company specializing in online language education for children aged 3–15. หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage after-sales customer care via inbox messages (80-90%) and phone calls (10-20%).
• Book classes for customers.
• Follow up on payments and coordinate with related teams.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience or fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good communication skills with the ability to handle customer issues promptly.

สวัสดิการ

• Competitive base salary: THB 15,000 – 18,000/month (depending on experience and skills).
• Incentive: Monthly earnings typically range from THB 2,000 – 15,000 (no limitation, based on performance results and/or client satisfaction rate).
• 6-day work week: Including weekend (Saturday or Sunday), 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
• Hybrid work model: 5 days in-office (weekday), 1 day remote per week (weekend).
• Annual Leave: Up to 16 days per year.
• Flexible Benefits Allowance: THB 10,000/year
