หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop monthly content strategies aligned with brand image and marketing goals
- Generate creative ideas for multi-platform content that speaks to the target audience
- Monitor beauty and content trends, and adapt them into the brand’s communication plan
- Content Creation & Execution
- Create compelling content and captions for social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Line OA, X), website, and e-commerce platforms
- Develop monthly promotional content in various formats: videos, infographics, carousel posts, blog-style articles, etc.
- Proofread and ensure all content is grammatically correct and consistent with brand tone
- Manage and monitor posts across all social channels and respond to customer inquiries/comments
- Maintain an organized content calendar and support cross-functional teams in campaign rollouts
