• Qualifications &

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Media, Education, or related fields.
• Proven experience in operations leadership or turnaround projects with measurable success in business growth.
• Strong leadership mindset with a hands-on management style.
• Familiarity with publishing, book retail, education, or related industries is highly valued.
• Strong commercial acumen in sales, marketing, and revenue diversification.
• Expertise in building and strengthening teams, establishing career development frameworks, and driving organizational capability.
• High EQ with excellent stakeholder management and cross-generational communication.
• Fluent in Thai and English.
