Business Development & Marketing Executive Workwise Consulting is a growing recruitment and HR solutions firm based in Bangkok. We are looking for a Business Development & Marketing Executive to support our business growth by developing new client relationships and assisting in marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building business relationships, and growing together with a fast-moving recruitment consultancy.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Business Development
- Identify and approach new corporate clients (B2B)
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new leads
- Arrange and attend client meetings (online and on-site)
- Present recruitment and HR solutions to clients
- Coordinate with recruiters to understand job
คุณสมบัติ
- Prepare proposals and follow up on sales opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Marketing Support
- Support marketing activities to generate leads and strengthen the company brand
- Assist with social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Help prepare company profiles, presentations, and basic marketing materials
- Conduct basic market and competitor research
- Internal Coordination
- Update client and lead information in internal systems (CRM / ATS)
- Prepare simple sales and activity reports
