The Thailand office plays a key role in driving corporate client acquisition and delivering tailored insurance solutions to HR and senior decision-makers. หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Identify, prospect, and develop new corporate clients (SMEs to large enterprises)
- Present group insurance and employee benefits solutions to HR, Finance, and C-level stakeholders
- Manage full sales cycle: lead generation → pitching → proposal → negotiation → closing
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with Client Services, Operations, and Insurers for seamless onboarding
- Prepare professional proposals and presentations in English and Thai
- Maintain CRM records and provide accurate sales reporting
- Represent the organization at networking events and industry functions
- Monitor insurance market trends and competitor landscape
- Qualifications &
คุณสมบัติ
- Fluent English (spoken & written) – able to engage international stakeholders confidently
- 3–7+ years in Business Development / Corporate Sales
- Background in Insurance, Employee Benefits, or B2B services preferred
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Resilient, target-driven, and commercially sharp
- Comfortable engaging HR / Procurement / Senior Decision Makers
- Self-motivated and independent working style
- Experience with group insurance or employee benefits is highly preferred
