We are seeking a highly capable Finance Supervisor (English OR Chinese Skills) to join our Head Office Finance function. This role provides financial and business analysis support across the entire company, including Sales, Marketing, Business Units, and depot operations. It focuses on budgeting, performance analysis, forecasting, and expense governance, working closely with English OR Chinese speaking business leaders and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage company-wide budget based on budget notices; track monthly budget performance, analyze variance and operational results.
• Monitor simulated profit performance across business units and prepare financial/performance reports for each depot.
• Organize business review meetings and facilitate cross-functional analysis of operational issues.
• Participate in Sales & Marketing meetings to review performance and recommend improvements.
• Submit monthly rolling forecasts and provide required explanations in accordance with group standards.
• Support Financial Manager and Chinese business team with depot/business analysis and ensure timely submission of reports [ English OR Chinese Speaking ].
• Review Sales & Marketing expense applications, validate documents, follow up progress, and accrue marketing/promotion expenses per accounting rules.
• Provide analytical insights to strengthen business decisions across Head Office functions.

คุณสมบัติ

• 2–3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong communication skills in ENGLISH OR Chinese (HSK 4+ preferred).
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, or business performance analysis is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and capable of collaborating with multi-department stakeholders.
