• Develop and execute 360° brand marketing strategies, including NPD, product launches, and brand activations.
• Act as Brand Guardian, ensuring all communications align with CI and positioning.
• Collaborate with creative, copywriting, PR, trade marketing, and digital teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to refine brand direction.
• Prepare presentations, sales kits, and campaign materials to support retail partners and sales teams.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Brand Marketing/Management within cosmetics, skincare, or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of brand building, communication management, and integrated marketing.
• Skilled in consumer research, competitor analysis, and applying insights.
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable leading end-to-end product and campaign management.
• Strong presentation and coordination skills with a strategic mindset.
