หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and enhance risk assessment methods to identify and manage key risks across the organization.
• Coordinate and advise departments on risk assessment processes in line with the ERM framework.
• Conduct risk analysis and prepare reports, including Corporate Risk Models, Risk Appetite, Risk Tolerance, and Early Warning Indicators.
• Create and maintain the Corporate Risk Profile (risk categories, causes, controls, and owners).
• Lead or facilitate risk assessment workshops and ensure compliance with ERM standards.
• Act as a liaison and facilitator for Risk Committees and Task Forces.
• Prepare presentations and reports for the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and Risk Management Committee.
• Perform other risk-related tasks as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Political Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Risk Management or Internal Control.
• Professional certifications such as CFPAI, CIA, or equivalent are an advantage.
• Solid understanding of ERM, internal controls, and business process management.
• Knowledge of risk management in line with GMP, HACCP, ISO22000, BRC, ISO9001, and Halal standards.
• Strong skills in data analytics, report preparation, and presentations.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with positive thinking.
• Analytical mindset, initiative, and team collaboration skills.
