This role focuses on accounting documentation, payment processing, and financial record management across company operations. Working closely with the finance team, the Accounting Officer ensures financial transactions are properly documented, recorded, and processed according to company procedures. This position is ideal for candidates who want to build strong accounting fundamentals while gaining exposure to real business finance operations.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Accounting Documentation & Payment Processing
• Prepare payment vouchers for company expenses and ensure all supporting financial documentation is complete.
• Verify documents such as purchase requests, invoices, and approval forms before payment processing.
• Ensure payment documentation is processed accurately and according to company procedures.
• Expense Verification & Documentation Control
• Review and verify expense claims including travel allowances, accommodation expenses, and related reimbursements.
• Ensure supporting documents are complete and accurate before submission for approval.
• Billing & Tax Documentation
• Issue receipts and tax invoices related to company transactions.
• Prepare billing documentation and maintain proper financial records.

คุณสมบัติ

• Open for fresh graduates or candidates with early accounting experience.
• Experience in accounting documentation, finance administration, or accounting operations would be an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good problem-solving ability and ability to handle operational issues.
• Ability to organize documentation and manage financial records efficiently.
