Privacy and Cookie Policy
This policy explains how Workwise Consulting Recruitment Co., Ltd. collects and uses your personal data when you use www.workwiseconsulting.co.th, contact us, or apply for a job through us. It also explains which cookies the website uses and your rights under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
Who controls your data

What we collect
When you contact us as an employer or company representative through the contact form, the employer form, email, phone or LINE, we collect your name, company name, email, phone number, the position you are hiring for, headcount, timeline and the details you write to us.
When you apply for a job or register your profile through the candidate form, we collect your name, email, phone number, the position you are interested in, your experience, expected salary and the CV file you attach, which usually contains your education, work history and other details you have chosen to include. We do not ask for sensitive data such as religion, health or criminal records through the website. If you include such information in your CV yourself, we use it only as far as needed to consider you for a position.
When you visit the website it collects the technical data needed to display pages. If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect usage data such as the pages you open, time spent, device type and the pages from which you contact us. This data does not identify you.

You choose the first time you visit and can change your mind at any time through the "" link in the footer. We remember your choice for 6 months. If you do not accept analytics cookies, every part of the website still works.
Who we share data with
- Employers who are our clients, limited to the profiles of candidates who have agreed to be presented for that position. We never send your profile to an employer without your knowledge.
- Service providers we use to run our business, such as our candidate database, email systems and Google Analytics, which process data on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations.
- Government authorities where the law requires it, such as reporting placement results to the Department of Employment.
Transfers outside Thailand
Analytics data is processed on Google systems that may be located outside Thailand, under Google's international data protection safeguards. Contact and candidate data is held in the systems we use, some of which may also have servers abroad. We use only providers with adequate data protection measures.
How long we keep data
- Employer contact data: for as long as we are in contact or providing services, and for 2 years after the last contact
- Candidate data: 2 years after the last contact, so we can consider you for other suitable positions, unless you ask us to delete it sooner
- Analytics data: kept in Google Analytics for no longer than 14 months
- Data the law requires us to keep, such as documents supporting reports to government authorities: for the period the law sets
When the period ends, we delete the data or make it anonymous.
Security
Access to data is limited to the staff who need it for their work, data is transferred over encrypted channels, and access is reviewed regularly. If a breach affects your rights, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Committee office and you as the law requires.
Your rights
You have the right to access and obtain a copy of your data, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a machine-readable format, and to withdraw consent you have given. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before.
Send requests to sales@workwiseconsulting.co.th and we will respond within 30 days. If you believe we have handled your data incorrectly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The latest version is always on this page with its effective date.
